Hebk,
Try rebooting your mobile device and then test to see if you still experience the same behavior.

If I get a doorbell call and my phone is unlocked, there are “call” and “answer” buttons. However if my phone is locked - which is most cases - there is no way to dismiss the call. It can only be answered or temporarily silenced until the call times out. This seems like quite a big oversight?
This is on IOS 16 with the latest app version.

AlexWhi,
For incoming calls on iOS you should see two options, a red button (decline) and a blue button (accept). If you tap the red button, this will dismiss the call.
You can read more about this here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062169/How-do-I-receive-incoming-calls-or-voice-messages-from-the-Arlo-Doorbe...

That option appears if the phone is unlocked and in use at the time of the call. If the phone is locked, the only option is “Slide to answer”. Please do send me a screenshot of the blue button on the Lock Screen if I’m mistaken!
In fact, the support page you sent me shows the respective screens: the unlocked behaviour on the left, and the locked behaviour on the right.

AlexWhi,
I just tested this again and was able to replicate the behavior as you've described. I will pass this feedback along to the development team.

I am also having this issue. When answering calls and I have to unlock my iPhone to access the secure app I get no video but audio. I do noticed the app freezes and the buttons do not work and the timer is frozen. If I close the Arlo app then I get called failed.
