I have contact end of july the helpdesk with a problem. I recieve several times a day the Message: Tampert etc etc.
The agent did not directyl have a/the solution.
He promiss me that he or a collega will call or mail me back after the weekend.
Well it is already 9 aug. and nobody take contact with me.
How is thuis possibel.

I fixed the problem myself.

These error messages could be due to loss of power. Check your transformer to see if the voltage meets the minimum requirements: How do I measure the voltage of my doorbell transformer?

Thanks for your reaction. Of course we checkt this.
No to solve the problem it is very easy.
If you use an Arlo chime ( and no mechanic bell ) yust remove the powerkit and voila, it works prima.
I did not get the message again.
