My doorbell camera was inadvertently disconnected by an hp tech remotely hooking up my wifi printer. For some reason I had 2 wifi numbers & she deleted one. That was my doorbell camera. Nothing was changed as far a password etc. I couldn't get my doorbell camera to link up with my wifi so I deleted my device & thought I could start over. I even set doorbell camera back to factory default setting. I have gone through the steps several times & can get a chime from scanning the QR code but after that it says NO DEVICE found! I have even turned my wifi off & let it reboot. Do I need to download another Arlo app & start over with that? I wrote in last week about this problem & tried to reply to your response but it would not go through!

Is your phone connected to the same network that the device Is being added to? Did the tech setup a dual band network? the device needs to be onboarded with a 2.4Ghz network.
