I HOOKED UP MY VIDEO WIRED DOORBELL. THE INSIDE CHIMEDOES ONT WORK. IN MY ARLO SETTINGS IT SAYS TRADIT AND IT SHOULD SAY MECHANICAL. HOW DO I CHANGE IT.

Both Mechanical and Digital are options under "Traditional Chime" - alone with None.

If you use my.arlo.com, you can go into settings and select "Traditional chime". Then make sure that "Mechanical" is selected. You should be able to do the same thing from the app.

I'm finding that neither the web nor app clients allow a change once configured. The Traditional Chime section is not clickable. Dunno about iOS.

It would appear that removal and resyncing is needed to fix this.
