arlo essential doorbell without existing doorbell

Hi.
I purchased arlo essential doorbell and chime2. But I need to install them without an existing doorbell. how to install correctly. There is also a 24v transformer.

Did you get the AVD1001 or the AVD2001?

You won't need the power kit, but you should save it in case you do add a traditional chime later on.

All you need to do electrically is connect the two low-voltage outputs from the transformer to the AVD1001.

I did that, but I can't connect. When scanning the QR code, there is no reaction.

I tried several times, but unfortunately it didn't work.

It may just be a faulty doorbell. Swapping  at the store is the fastest method.
