Wrong caller ID

According to the docs, when someone rings my Arlo, the call is supposed to come through with caller ID Arlo Doorbell.  It is instead coming through as Private Caller.  Is there some way to change this?  I normally ignore private caller calls and let them go to voicemail.

Are all of your calls coming through this way or is this an intermittent issue?
