Wrong Identification - Different User

Our Doorbell (Arlo computer, whatever) started mis-identifying vehicles as people 4-5 months ago.  

I see other people have had issues with it too, and these are not motorcycles.  They are cars and trucks directly left to right or vice versa.

Does anyone have any idea what changed and how to change it back?

The identification is done in the Arlo Cloud, and users have no control over the AI classifications.

It might not be mis-identifying the vehicles.  Anything in the scene might be causing the AI to make a mistake.

You could donate one of the recordings, in hopes that it will be used to improve the AI training.

Thanks for the quick response.  

I understand the AI is classifying the scenes, but something changed suddenly a few months ago, and it went from nearly zero mistakes, to very frequent mistakes, seemingly overnight.

I’ve donated two recordings.  Here’s hoping the AI improves.
