Wont connect to hub or router

Door bell wont connect to anything been trying for hours searching web ect.

The door bell was working fine  then just disconnected and now nothing.

everything seams to work fine get the white flashing lights

but wont connect

Tried a full reset and everything I can find on the net,,,

We have 2 cameras hooked up and they work no problem and they are further away from the hub..

The door bell is only 20 ft away from the hub with only the wall is mounted on inbetween

Submitted a ticket with support and have heard nothing back

any ideas how to move forward

If you can exchange it at the store, that might be the fastest step. Otherwise, stay on support using your ticket for possible faulty hardware.

Bought it online with Amazon  so not even sure how I go about returning it

Ticket with customer service dont do no good if they dont respond to it

Very frustraited with this 

when I first hooked it up only took a few mins to install and set up  Ive spent hrs trying to

get it to connect back up

Since it was from Amazon, just look at your order and see if it's within the return window. You can start the return/swap right there.
