Hi ! We successfully install our wired video doorbell and it worked fine for 2-3 month. It suddenly stop working. We reinstall it, we verified everything and still doesn't work. Electrical is verified, wifi is good to and still not working. We push the reset button and redo all of the installation a few time already. The only thing that dosent work anymore are the little white light around the push button...it doesn't light anymore...

Marox,
Did you see any LED behavior when you reset the doorbell? If you're not seeing any LED behavior at all, this indicates the doorbell is not powered and the internal battery is depleted. This could be due to an issue with the transformer (incorrect/low voltage) or a problem with the wiring.

Thank you for your answer.
No light at all, it did not do any behavior. We first unplug the arlo doorbell from the wires and then push the reset button and the light did not worked. To reset the doorbell, does it have to be plug in with the wires ?

Marox,
The wired video doorbell has a small internal battery that should remain charged if it is receiving enough power after it is wired. If the doorbell has no LED behavior, this likely indicates your transformer is not providing enough power to the doorbell.
