Does anybody have a clue why I get this when it records

This is caused by corruption or loss in the video bitstream.  

 

Check the signal strength at the doorbell.  You could also try changing the channel for your 2.4 ghz wifi.

 

It could of course also be loss due to a software bug. There have been a few reports on this with the wired doorbell in recent weeks - I think Arlo is investigating.
