Wired doorbell flat mounting plate

Can anyone tell me where to purchase a flat mounting plate for the wired doorbell?  My dog got ahold of mine and chewed it to bits. Arlo won't warranty it because of "improper use".  Arlo apparently does not sell a replacement mount. I'm stuck with this camera that I can't use because of this little piece of plastic.
