Wired Doorbell release pin

I can't use the paper clip; cannot see (too low and dark) where to put it.  How can a buy another release pin?  Best Buy has the doorbells mounted so you cannot pick them up or see the bottom of the wired doorbell.  CAN ONE EVER TALK TO SOMEONE AT ARLO (if not, I'm going to scrap this whole system for an organization with at least one human answering the phone OR answering email).  Thanks,

A paper clip is likely too large to fit in the hole. You can use the small tool that comes with any new phone that's used to replace SIM cards.
