Wired Doorbell AVD1001 - App or Desktop Won't Allow Changes to Chime Setting

Just completed the initial install yesterday and was able to change the chime setting to NONE thinking that would activate the mechanical chime. I went the mechanical chime to reset the wiring. Now I am not able to make the change in the app or on the website.

It would appear that you need to remove and resync the doorbell to correct this.

Needed to edit: current setting is NOT CONNECTED instead of NONE.
