When the wired Arlo doorbell is pushed, how do I see current video on Android phone?

I can always see live video on my Android phone. ...up to the point that the Arlo Essential Wired Video Doorbell #is pushed. Then I can only receive audio from the guest. Does anyone know how to address that? I have updated the app and have no other issues using the app except for this. I have verified that the phone had both Internet and wifi services. It is a Google pixel 7 Pro phone, if that matters

It sounds like you might have denied a permission for the app. Can you check your device settings and remove and reinstall the app.
