When doorbell rings, I can't log in to Arlo.

When the doorbell rings, my phone comes to life and starts ringing.  If I press the Arlo button on my phone, it prompts me to login with the 'touch the home button."  When I try to do that, the phone keeps on ringing, and then it tells me my login is wrong.  This happens every time.  I've learned to just hit the red cancel button on the ringing and open the door.  I would like to be able to login with the "touch the home button" and then talk with the person on the other side of the door.  What I am doing incorrectly?

At what point are you experiencing an issue in this process? Are you able to provide a screenshot?
