I have front and side door video doorbells hooked up to the same wires that previously ran the old, standard doorbells. The transformer is patched right into the electrical panel and those wires run upstairs to the main chime box. Both front and side door cameras run off that main chime box. My side door video camera has now completely gone offline. I cannot get power into the camera. I used a meter on the wires, and there is power. Has this unit fried itself?

WHat exactly is the voltage? Some regions use DC power which won't work with these doorbells.
