Video length won't change

I've got two arlo video doorbells, both wired and wire free (even thought it is actually wired). On the wire free doorbell, I cannot get it to reset the video length to anything other than the couple of second clips. I've tried restarting the doorbell through the app but still doesn't change. Any help or suggestions?

Do you see "Library" in your app menu?  Or do you see "Feed" instead?

How are you trying to change the length? 

Are you using a fixed duration, or are you using "until motion stops"?
