My Arlo video doorbell consistently alerts me that my doorbell battery is low. I’ve Also installed the power pack to my chime and yet it still says the battery is low. I’ve also experienced random chimes throughout the day. Help!

The battery in the doorbell is apparently used to supply extra current when the transformer can't supply enough. This error could be caused by a transformer that isn't of the proper ratings, poor wiring or a poor connection at the doorbell. It's also possible that contacting support using the link at the bottom here may be of use.

Jbeltran01,

As mentioned, check to make sure your transformer meets the minimum requirements for your Arlo Video Doorbell. Take a look here for more information: How do I measure the voltage of my doorbell transformer?
