Video Doorbell won't connect

I have had the video doorbell for over a month. It work fine up until about 2 days ago. It said it was offline. I tried resetting it and it didn't work. I have deleted it from my account and have tried to add it again and now I get through the whole process of selecting my base station and it says it is up to date then it looks for my doorbell and it never finds it. My base station is VMB4000r3 and firmware is 1.16.2.4_3505_f4757f1.
