Video Doorbell - turned off camera

Hi all. I turned off my camera to work on the porch, and now I can’t turn it back on. The option does not appear in Device Settings, even though the video screen directs me to that location. The bell still falls my phone and lights up when motion is detected, but the camera will not turn on and it will not ring the chimes. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Have you rebooted your phone and reinstalled the app? If it still fails, try turning off the power to the doorbell and back on like when you installed the doorbell.
