Video Doorbell not sending notifications or recordings. Getting message not connected to internet.

My video doorbell worked fine after installation.  Now I can't get notices and video on my phone.  I get a message that I am not connected to the internet.  I can get videos on my computer and IPAD.  Help!

There seems to be an issue affecting some of us. So far, it appears to be on a device using Android 11 - is yours? Toggling WiFi off and back on for the phone should immediately clear that error.
