Video Doorbell not fully functional with shared device

I have this installed and it works with my app flawlessly. I granted my wife's account access and she receives motion alerts and an alert when someone presses the button. It calls her phone allows her to accept or deny the call. When she hits accept the timer at the top timer stays at 00:00 and the screen is black with a spinning white circle. My phone has no issues and I am able to see and communicate with people, but she cannot.

This could be a limitation with her mobile device. Try reducing the doorbell resolution in your doorbell settings and test again to see if you still experience the same behavior.
You can find the resolution settings by logging in to your Arlo mobile app and navigating to Settings > My Devices > select your doorbell > Video Settings > Video Resolution
