Is it possible to stop the doorbell from calling my phone while still ringing the mechanical chime?

Yes.  First you turn on "silent mode" in the app settings for the doorbell.  Then you will see a slider that let's you re-enable the mechanical chime (while leaving the phone call disabled).  https://kb.arlo.com/000062169/How-do-I-receive-incoming-calls-or-voice-messages-from-the-Arlo-Doorbe...
