Do I need 2 power kits if my current doorbell system is 1 doorbell button, 1 transformer and 2 chime boxes?

Possibly. If you experience an issue with one or both chimes after installation, it could be because you need an additional power kit. If you experience this, please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
