I have worked through a fewon my issues. When I first set it up the live video was stuttering, the recorded video was audio but a grey screen, and when I answered on my phone the video was choppy with grey screens sometimes covering the picture and I could barely hear the person. Since then I changed the video aspect to 1080 and that fixed the live video and the recorded video but not the phone answering problem. When we tested it I still had the same video problems and still could hardly hear the person. When I played the recorded video it looked and sounded fine. This performance is not near acceptable for one of the core aspects of a video doorbell. Is there a recommended video setting for the doorbell working with the app?
For my phone I use an LG Stylo 4 running Android 7.0 if that helps.
Thanks

Smharris532,
This could be due to your mobile device not being able to support video calls of that resolution. Try lowering the resolution and test again to see if you experience better results.
