Just installed the video doorbell. It’s working great however there is a hum coming from the doorbell housing in the hallway. Could we have the power kit wires connected to the wrong terminals?

Check to make sure all of the wiring is securely connected and there are not loose connections.
You might also check your transformer to make sure it's meeting the voltage specifications for the doorbell. For more information on this, take a look here: How do I measure the voltage of my doorbell transformer?
