Video Door bell not displaying video on Echo Show 5 or Echo Spot

Purchased and installed the new Arlo video doorbell, and it is working fine, but it will not display the video on my Echo Show 5 or Echo Spot.  It will display video on my older Echo Show (2nd Gen) though.  I have the Arlo Pro 2 cameras as well, but I have no issues with them displaying on all three of my Echo units.   Is there something I need to change for the two newer Echo devices to display the video feed.  It just keeps displaying a message "waiting for Arlo", and then eventually times out.    Love the product, but want it to work correctly.  Thank you, and appreciate any assistance/suggestions that may be provided.

I just installed the Arlo video doorbell and I am experiencing the exact same issue. My other cameras display beautifully, I even get motion notifications on my show however; I cannot get the video to display from the doorbell.
Any suggestions from the community?
