My Video Doorbell hasn't been recording any videos since I added the subscription for it. No motion notifications, videos, nada. Paying for a service that isn't working. When I go into my account it shows my existing subscription plan. Only time it works is if someone rings the doorbell.

Check your subscriptions to make sure the Arlo Video Doorbell is participating in your Arlo Smart plan. You can do this by logging in to your Alro account and navigating to Settings > Subscription > Manage Cameras
