Has anyone had the VDB skip video? I’ve been with tech support to change my wireless channel (attached to a ultra hub), blah, blah …. and it is still happening. View the attached and see how the video freezes. Ideas? Upload speed is 40Mbs and never peaks over 10Mbs.

Without more details, it sounds like you are likely experiencing a signal strength issue due to interference or range. What does the signal strength icon show for your doorbell?

Thanks for the response.  

 

All bars are shown on the VDB device.  Hub is 15 feet away from VDB.  

 

VDP and Ultra cameras/hub are in a mixed 2.4Ghz and 5GHZ mesh environments if that helps.
