Hey everyone, I’m at a loss here. I just got charged $7.99, even though I canceled my Arlo service and deleted my account months ago. I had to create this new account just to get in touch with someone, since there’s no other way to contact them—no email, no phone number, and you can’t even chat with support without an active subscription. It’s been months since Arlo last charged me, so this $7.99 out of nowhere caught me off guard. I’m hoping this message somehow reaches someone from Arlo who can get back to me. If not, has anyone else dealt with this?
