After tapping "add new device" and "doorbells and chimes" none of the selections are active. I've tried 2 different iPhones and an Apple tablet. The apps are running the latest firmware. Is there a setting that I am missing on my Apple products?
Thanks
Mike

What do you mean by "none of the selections are active"? You may be in a country where they aren't supported yet.

I mean when I tap them, nothing happens. None of the "doorbells and Chimes" selections are available which makes me think that I have a setting in my devices that needs to be changed but am unable to figure out which one.

While it's a long shot, try rebooting your phone and reinstall the app.

I added a camera to one of my VMB4000 units via the Arlo IOS app. I tried to share the camera to others. It was then that I noticed (using the IOS app) under the Account section it says "Getting Information" and it never changes/updates. Logging into to my.arlo.com, under Settings, "Device Settings", "Account" and "System" are greyed out and as such, I can't share the camera.
Is anyone else having this issue? If it's just me, any way of fixing this?
Note: I do not have a subscription plan, but just utilizing the 7 days of recording that comes with the legacy VMB4000 systems.

Can you please log out of the app and log back in and see if it is resolved?

Hi,
I did this before my original posting. On the PC, using CClearner, I also cleared out the browser cache and DNS cache. I tried both Chrome and Firefox. On the iPhone, I went so far as uninstalling the app, re-installing the app and re-entering my login credentials. The settings didn't change.
If you mean log out and back in now, I didn't get a chance to update this posting yesterday, but I tried again last night because I saw somewhere Arlo was migrating back end systems (?) I don't know if that is true and/or even related, but the "Grant Access" option now appears again on both the PC and the IOS app. No idea why, but just happy it's back.
