Trying to sync video doorbell to VMB5000

I have a 1st gen arlo doorbell (non essential) and it doesn’t show up in arlo app anymore when I’m trying to pair to new VMB5000 what other options do i have

 

i been resetting it but its only amber and white pulses

Hi @DvxAznxvb Are you referring to the AVD1001 or the Audio doorbell AAD1001?
