I have been trying for over THREE months to cancel my subscription from Arlo. I am still being charged monthly. I was promised a refund and I am still getting the run around. Broken promises and the doorbell doesn’t work! I have spent hours on the phone with technical with no success. I was told to just take it out & throw away. But I have not gotten ANY refund yet. It’s been almost a month! I was told I could get a refund if I was t satisfied. I am NOT satisfied at all. When will I get my refund

Log in to your Arlo account from a PC and navigate to Settings > Subscription > Arlo Secure > Cancel subscription.
