My 3-month free trial of Arlo Smart expired last week. Ever since then, I continue to get motion notifications but no recordings show up in my library. I checked the camera settings and it is set to record on motion.

I had the same issue at the end of the trial and spent several hours trying to get it connected to the Smart Hub. My son finally found the small print that explained that the video door bell does not work like the cameras. I would have purchased a camera instead if I would have known up front. Very disappointed with this product.
