Hello,

My wife and I have a newborn baby and 2 dogs. The dogs bark every time the doorbell rings, and people don’t seem to be able to read the sign we hand that says “please don’t ring bell”…

I was hoping to find an option to silence the bell while still allowing calls, so I am alerted without the dogs going nuts and waking the baby, but this doesn’t seem to be an option… I tried to switch the door chime setting to “none” which worked, but then to reactivate you need to delete and reinstall the device as new…

can anyone help?

Enable "Silent Mode" in the doorbell settings

Then

  1. turn on "Incoming Call"
  2. turn off "Traditional Chime"
