Notes: We have a camera at the garage and a wired doorbell…

 

First we had to chat with an agent forever to get my phone to be able to hear the door bell.  This was a few weeks again.  Yesterday was on chat forever trying to figure out why I was not getting the shared info from my husband who shared the account.  Turns out his app was not updated and for whatever reason, it does not update correctly so we had to do all these steps to get him upgraded …now I could log in and see the shared cameras.  THEN I realized I am not getting notifications logged in as me….I can do everything else.

 

I have been told several things but my favorite being that it seems I am now not fully updated to match my husband- apparently the ONLY way for shared accounts to work- and I can’t get my app to update…why you ask? Well because the company is simply releasing updates to a few people at a time! What?! So I am on a shared account, we got the cameras after me begging to get them because it makes me feel safer where we now live, our trial period is ending soon…and I can’t get the benefits because Arlo can’t get updates out? And if this is a shared situation…if one person is up to date…then all should be up to date.  This is so ridiculous …unbelievably so! 

 

I was also told to make sure my focus was not on even though I stated multiple times that I could get notifications logged in as my husband.  Now I am being told to have my husband remove me and invite me again…of course he works for a living so I had to put that suggestion on hold.  

 

In the end! Arlo IT people need to better than this!
