I have a recessed chime (18 vdc). Can anyone help with how to wire it?

Thank you for your response; however, I should have been more specific.  Recessed chimes do not have the screw connections for the wires of the power kit.  They have push-in connections.  I’m wondering if anyone has successfully connected the power kit to a recessed chime (having the required specs) and gotten the doorbell to work.
