Does anybody know whether phone tech support actually exists? I was told to call via app which I did repeatedly and every time tech support disconnects after 3-5 seconds.

What is going on? Can you provide more details on why you are needing support to see if I am able to assist?

I cannot get a person on the phone. I have exhausted all the online support forums and my problem is not addressed anywhere I can find. My account does not give me the order for my wireless doorbell which I know is out of warranty.  I cannot troubleshoot any more.  I did not want to switch to another system because I have all arlo cameras around my house and I love them... Bummer... Phone support is so important for those of the older generation.

Good morning! My battery needed to be recharged so I took it out and when I put it back after it was fully charged, the app kept saying it needed to be recharged. I took it out and put it back in several times and always the same answer so I decided to remove the device and add it back in. I followed all of the steps of adding a new device, and every time I got to the section where I had to point the doorbell camera to the QR code, the little white lights would stop after maybe two seconds. I must’ve tried at least 20 times to get it to recognize the QR code and that is where I’m stuck.. I also tried to just do a hard reset where you put the little speech bubble thing in the back slot of the camera. Nothing seems to work.
