Person Recognition Not Working

Hello,
I have just got a video doorbell and an Arlo Pro camera with a plus unlimited subscription.
I have enabled person recognition, but it is spotty at best. Less than 5% of the time it detects a person. Even when no one was in the database, it would not add people.
I have tried enabling and disabling and deleting the database and starting again.
Similarly, vehicle detection barely (if ever) works.
This is the case both on the iPhone app and the web browser.

Thanks for the feedback, Are you referring to detecting motion in general for vehicles and people or the notifications for vehicles specifically? I see your doorbell does not have vehicle detection enabled at the moment.
So I can better assist, are you referring to person detection under the Smart detection option or person recognition which is a separate feature. Both options are listed separately within Home > Arlo intelligence.

I have another Pro camera with Vehicle detection enabled, I know it is not on the doorbell.
I am referring to person recognition. Person detection is working as expected.

Thanks for your patience! I just want to make sure I’m navigating this correctly. Could you confirm whether these individuals are being recorded and appearing in your feed, but just not being labeled, or if the detection is missing altogether?
If it turns out they aren’t being detected at all, it looks like your sensitivity is currently set around 30%. You might try increasing it to see if that helps in this scenario.
Also, have you been able to successfully add any individuals to the person recognition list?
You should see a numerical value under “recognized” (1, 2, 3, 4, etc).
Lastly, are there any unrecognized numbers appearing in that section?

They are all showing up in the feed as “Person” - very rarely they are shown with a name.
I have 6 people in recognized and 0 in unrecognized. It took me several dozen attempts of triggering all cameras to get myself to appear as unrecognized.

I have a question from the team. Could you please provide a timestamp, where you expected a matched person to be captured and added to your feed list. For example, January 16th 6:06pm, we'll be able to further investigate from that point. The more references you have with time and day helps a lot.
