Paid subscription still no recording

Hi. I have the wired doorbell and a separate camera. I have a trial subscription but can only see the camera not the doorbell. I went ahead and subscribed but I still don’t see the doorbell as a device with recordings like I do the camera. Do I need to cancel the trial subscription in order to see both devices? This is very frustrating and I’m starting to regret switching from the Ring which was much user friendly

It would be useful to identify the other camera model.
The subscription plans can be for single camera or multiple cameras although probably only economical if you have three or more.
Check the subscription settings in the app settings and manage them using a pc web browser to my.arlo.com.
