PLO wired video doorbell

The doorbell is found by the hub but it will not connect to the internet. Reset it many time tired everything, purchased a new ARLO video unit that did not solve the problem. Next I will purchase a new bell unit try that. Any suggestions.

Are you seeing the doorbell in the account (but offline)?
