We bought a package with a video doorbell and two outdoor cameras. The outdoor cameras work great, but the video doorbell was defective. We returned through the RMA process, and got a confirmation of receipt from the shipping company, but Arlo says they never received it. Can't get through to anyone via chat or online or phone to get the new one shipped. They just keep sending us automated messages every few days to return the package. It's been over a month and we are still waiting. Very frustrating!

Have you tried phone support (assuming you have a subscription)?
Go into the support section of the app, and select one of the outdoor cameras. Then scroll down to the contact section, and you will see a phone support option there. It's available from 6 am to 6 pm US pacific time.
