Only ring doorbell notification

I live on a busy street and don't want notifications everytime someone walks past, I only want it to ring on my phone when someone presses the doorbell. I can't find this setting anywhere, is there anyway I can do this? Arlo Essential Wire-Free Video Doorbell

 You can go into the rule for the doorbell and turn off the notification there.

The rule(s) are in the mode(s) you are using. 

If you see "Library" in your app menu, you can use this guide:
