wired doorbell not getting enough voltage after disconnect?

So I got a smart hub so that I could record locally. And after installing the station I had to disconnect my wired doorbell is now alternating between amber and white, which means it's not getting enough voltage? But it was working for 3 months prior to this.

I tried doing a reset, didn't seem to do much. I flipped my circuit breaker to see if that might do anything. Also no dice.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced something like this before?

It means the internal battery in the doorbell needs to charge (or that the doorbell thinks it is too cold).

Are you still seeing this, even after waiting a while?

I suggest contacting support - you might need an RMA (exchange under warranty).
