My wife sent me the invite for our doorbell and when I enter the verification code for my own log in it sends an “oops” message and asks for me to try again. It is even showing I am accepted on her end?? HELP

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Arlo mobile app, do you still experience the same issue?
