No power to doorbell!

The chime test wouldn’t work, after everything had been connected. The power kit toggle was switched to off. The app notified me of tampering, turned toggle back on now I can’t get power to the doorbell. Could the doorbell have shorted out? Any ideas?

Not sure this would be the case but have you tested the voltage from the transformer to ensure it's in the 16-24v range needed?

I changed the transformer out to one that is big enough. Everything was working except the chime. I toggled off the power kit on the chime, things stopped working, I went to reset the doorbell and start over. I removed the device from my devices and now I can get it to turn on.
