No image preview

I no longer receive image previews on my Apple Watch 9 (watchOS 10.3). I do receive notifications but without the image previews. I have the Arlo wired doorbell camera. Firmware 1.19.0.0_3_098d492_3567407. In settings Animated Preview is selected in the iPhone Arlo app.

Is it not showing the preview at all? Or is it showing the preview with no movement?

It’s not showing a preview at all. I used to get a preview with a picture but no movement, but now I just get a notification with text only.
