No doorbell ring

I installed an Arlo camera doorbell and have no doorbell sound when it's pressed. Do I need to download a ringer?

Do you have an existing chime on the circuit (used by the old doorbell)?

 

If not, do you have an Arlo Chime 2?

 

BTW, what doorbell do you have?  The AVD1001 or the AVD2001?
