- We have just installed our Arlo wired audio/video doorbell. The motion sensor works, but we cannot speak to anyone unless the doorbell is wrong. On the video it looks like our audio is muted, but there is no way to unmute it. How do we do that?

Check the permissions for the app in the phone settings to ensure the mic is allowed. Also check the Audio Settings for the doorbell in the app under the doorbell settings. Try using live view for the doorbell and click on the mic icon to toggle it off and on to verify that works.
