No Video when answering bell

When answering the video door bell with my phone, no video appears. I have contacted support to no avail. I notice that this has been raised by others in previous years but I don’t see a solution. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried lowering the resolution?

 

What phone are you using (and what version of iOS/Android is it running)?
